The Law Office of Samuel J. Zermeño is an immigration law firm based out of El Paso, Texas specializing in citizenship, visas and removal (deportation) proceedings. Our office has many years of experience in immigration law that include employment as an Immigration Inspector for the Immigration and Naturalization Service (now known as Customs and Border Protection) and as a practicing attorney. 

Our office upholds a high ethical standard by accepting only those cases, whether difficult or not, that can be reasonably achieved. We will not accept a case that cannot be achieved through legal means. The client shall be thoroughly informed of the procedures to be performed and the reasonableness of accomplishing our goal. 

Once a case has been accepted, our firm will work hard on its preparation while keeping the client informed of its status and developments. What We Do

Immigrant visas are issued to individuals who intend to permanently reside in the United States.

Non Immigrant visas are issued to individuals who do not intend to permanently reside in the United States.

We are prepared to represent you with your PERM, the labor certification regulation which became effective on March 28, 2005.

Undocumented aliens may be required to go in front of an immigration judge, we can represent you.

Our Objective

To assist non-citizens with immigration benefits entitled to them whether their goal is to temporarily visit or permanently remain in the United States of America. We are charged with seeking and applying for immigration benefits our client is eligible for, whether the client is residing in the United States or in foreign land.
